What do you call a win?

I was just wondering what all the serious players call a win? I consider it a win if I make the money. My brother says a win is just 1st.what do you  think?

If you walk out of a game/tourney with more money then when you walked in YOU HAVE WON!!!!!

I make it to the money its a win.  On the other hand, I only take screenshots of the ones that I get 1st in.

I don't care if its 15 players, or 1500.  I win, I save the screenshot

In a tournament with lareger fields making the money is a win , on with smaller field jusr 1st is a win..
