I emailed Fulltilt about it,and the are refunding the lost/stolen money the feds have..heres fulltilts solution...and I recently got paid by them too,,

Hello xxxxxx,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We are aware some players had funds frozen following an issue with one of the check processors Full Tilt Poker has been using to process withdrawal requests. All affected players have received appropriate compensation, and we do not anticipate any further issues.

We assure you that Full Tilt Poker uses a number of other check and payment processors that are in no way affected by these events. You can request a withdrawal via check or any other available method in the Full Tilt Poker Cashier and it will be processed as usual.

Rest assured, your funds are safe and secure. We continue to support a variety of alternative payment processing options for both deposits and withdrawals, and we understand the importance of providing all our players with fast access to their funds on Full Tilt Poker.

Please go to the following link to view Full Tilt Poker's full release statement: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/official-statement-online-poker-withdrawals

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We're always here to help.

Regards,

Kate E

As we all know... the only reason why the Feds have a problem with online gaming and States have a problem with online retail is because it is a nightmare to control the flow of monies for tax purposes and such in order for them to get there percentage of taxes.  This is a billion dollar business and as usual the Feds want their share of the pie!!

as things stand in this moment. they can and will do whatever they please. as it is still a illegal action to gamble online in the US. as long as this is the major factor. we shall have to continue to deal with just this type of attacks on funds. what can you do ?  not a thing !  if we were really interested in making this a revenue producing resource then we would regulate and control the gaming by having licensing in the US. and gaming networks established in the US. AS WE ARE THE MAJOR SOURCE OF REVENUE.   but oh no that might make sense. not to mention put a bigger pinch on the established american gambling ventures (ie. vegas, a.c. ect. ect.). but then did congress ever make a dime outside of the money they all claim to have made before theY came to office. someone needs to inform them, that king george is dead and we wont take this shit any more. screw the tea party! we need a full blown accounting of where our money goes and how they can tighten the belt buckle of government spending. no more special interests! no more special needs! feed the people, feed the children, and take care of our poor, our tired, our huddled masses longing to be free. liberty is a thing not without needs. and these needs must be addressed if we are to remain committed as a people and a nation. our forefathers who wrote the constitution. wrote a body of work intended to protect us from this very age of big government becoming a master without ears too hear the masses and the weak of heart. have we reached an age of change ?
or are we just one more step down the road of regrets for a thing we long ago lost sight of?

perhaps only time shall tell !!
