What's the problem with opening a real money account. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any where doing so requires you to deposit - if that's what you're reluctant to do.
Afaik, all sites will let you play with freeroll winnings. There are some where you can't withdraw without depositing first, and I think some where anything you win before depositing has to be cleared via player points or raked hands. Probably other variations out there as well. So caveat emptor - check any site's terms before you sign up.
