Prizes/Odds of Winning. One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of One (1) Entry to the World Championship No-Limit Texas Hold'em (Event 55) at the 2007 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, NV, July 6th thru July 17th, 2007 (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” $10,000.00); Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received. Each winner is solely responsible for all other unspecified costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for any prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal value due to prize unavailability for any reason. In the event that a prize component is not available for any reason, then remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of each winner.
