i tried setting up an account with click2pay.  nothing happens.  i try to sign in and it says my account is locked.  i try the toll free phone number and nothing.

has anyone been able to open an account with these people? i can not even begin to express how pissed off i am at all this bullshit going on.

Some of sites I listed also have stopped new accounts as of yesterday Click2pay and epass were still accepting new US accounts
