You should have it with-in 24 hours. It took less then 10 minutes for mine to show up. Try sitting at a cash table.

I do not believe pokerrooms offering free cash for "signing in" only.
I signed in to the 2 pokerrooms offering something like this and I never received the free cash. I am not trying it again.
