I have had no luck playing at mansion poker. Everytime I get in there freerolls they mess up and are cancelled. They have emailed me and told me the tourneys will be made up for the people still in but the last one I was in that froze was about 5 days ago and no make up tourney yet. Let me know if anyone else has had this problem and if so did they make it up to you.

I was reviewing my account and found that all the cancelled $500 tourneys appear as In Progress rather than cancelled or complete. Don't know if there is any significance --- but now I wonder if they will be running a special makeup game for all victims of cancelled tourneys and this is the way they are keeping track

I was playing in the $200 + $15 on Sunday when there server crashed. They put the tourny as cancelled, got an email this week that they apologise for the tourny going down and would make it up to the people who were still in it in the foloowing ways.

1. 1/2 of the prize money ( 2 places in the poker dome - 14000 ) split according to where you were placed at the time the crashed.
2. 1/2 of the prize money split evenly between all remaining particpants
3. Another tourny STILL rewarding 2 spots in the Dome for all remaining participants this upcoming Sunday.

There were 48 people still left in the tourny and we will all start with the same number of chips this Sunday. So I have a 1/24 chance in winning a seat in the Dome.

In my books they have done alright by me.

I really like Mansion and have been playing there quite a bit, so it is nice to know they take care of the tournament players when technical things happen
