:arrow: LoL at the title alert ! but seriously I want you people to know if you mess around like i do trying out different sites/casinos with promo $ that there is this casino Break Away Casino... I found a nice offer on the net for 25 free just for downloading it no deposit ..so I did and well I went to cashier and put in the coupon code and well I was given a 1/2 ass explanation why i wasnt going to get the promo and I have asked for a more detailed explanation and havent gotten one either.... so I would say on top of not honoring their own promotions they also have poor customer service. I am not sure but I think they are connected with break away poker as well. Below you will find my contacts with them
And well I know this happens occassionally but I just wanted to let people know because it took time to download not to mention hard drive space and why bother if they arent going to honor their own word?

I am disappointed I have recieved no replies to my earlier message. It is 356 AM EST here. If I do not recieve either my bonus or a satisfactory explanation I am going to post the record of all these emails on about 7-10 forums of which I am a respected member and then others will know not to play at break away casino or break away poker because they do not have good customer support.
