Bodog is owned by the Mohawk Nation and not Calvin Ayre - he sold it at least a year ago. The money that was seized was from a check processor.... Bodog was a customer of theirs, as were many other corporations.

I seriously doubt the Feds wish to tangle with the Mohawk Nation... to do so would bring them in direct confrontation with the other Native American Tribal Nations.  Something that would be in litigation for a very long time as the USA vs. the Native American Tribal Nations. With all the casino money a very formidable foe for the Feds to go up against. Stranger things have happened... but this one would be a money pitt with the courts usually favoring the Native Americans

Yep that was early in the year it did take them sometime to get new processing companys and all the players were paid. To an average person thats a lot of money to Bodog its a drop in the bucket.
