I am decent at omaha but need help with the hi/lo version, anyone know a good practice site or a good teaching tool?

Try Carbon or PokerNordica, it will show you, above the cards on the table, what your best hand is, hi and lo.

I love this game, it takes way more skill than Holdem. I recommend reading Dolyes Chapter on it or Omaha H/L by Lou Krieger.
