PP A best starter but not a winner.
« on: February 07, 2006, 06:03:39 AM »
I was playing in a game today first hand of the game I get PP Aces best you can get right. So I bet high, seeing as I am first after Big Blind, I bet 300. Just as I hoped all but two other players drop out, just happens to be the two blinds. Flop comes 7,8, A I get a set, it does not get any better right. Small Blind goes all in Big Blind follows but I'm not worried I got a set so I call. The cards turn and Big Blind has K,Q not a problem then I see Small Blind and he has 3, 9 and I think no way he went allin first if that was a bluff it was a bad time to do it. So I am happy I am going to triple up on the first hand. I'm sure you all ready know what happens next the poker gods decided to teach me not to count my eggs till they hatch turn is 6, river is 5 and my set, try as it might does not beat a straight so Nostradaumus with 3, 9 wins
