I don't have an account on Pitbull.  Is there a problem with withdrawing from Pitbull?  Why not just cash out and deposit on Carbon?

I know Carbon charges a substantial amount for US players to cash out, but I wouldn't trade for money on a site that makes it hard to withdraw.
