Absolute employees definitely cheated.  The remaining question is how did they see the hole cards of the players at the table.  Absolute maintains that no "superaccount" exists where one can see all the hole cards.  The evidence seems to contradict this fact, since the betting patterns confirmed that the hole cards were being viewed.  Personally, I am not too worried about my money there, since I don't believe that any one would cheat at low levels, not much to be gained.  Also Absolute is returning all the money to those players who lost their tournament entries and ring money. I think that they will be hurt by the lack of play on high level ring games.  I was looking at the ring games the other night and there was very little activity at the higher levels of NL and FL holdem.
