Wingows Problem

After days and days of trying I STILL can't get connected to Wingows SECURE WEB SITE to register my new account. I have even blown away their software and re-downloaded it AND gotten the direct registration link from Buc.

Had anyone else downloaded this site recently?

Are you having any trouble registering a new account there?

I have e-mailed them twice but they do not seem to be able to figure out
what the problem is either.

Please let me know if you have any ideas. I would really appreciate the help!        :(
