cardroom ph sister site unimpressive

I would like to know what other people think of cardroom the sister poker host site.  Yesterday on 3/6 I put a deposit using neteller instacash down , it wasnt for much just 12 bucks.  Well we had deposited there
a few times before for about the same amount and we as usual again used the same method neteller InstaCash.  Shortly after completing the
transaction ( 518 pm ) I check my balance to see that it still says zero.  

i try to be patient.  I call and well I am informed they " At the current time were unable
to access accounts " " call back in 1 hour.  I do then I am told actually it will be 7 pm EST
before they would be able to look into it. ( seems weird to me seeings at the time the site was operational)

I call back and start speaking to a rep about the situation the gentlemen tellS Me he is going to
place me on hold and I will speak to the supervisor .  Randy comes on and I again explain the situation,

He asks me how i did it I told him step by step ... I could do it in my sleep ... I had gotten an email from the cardroom
saying the $ had been successfully deposited on the site , I also had checked the neteller acct and spoke with them on the
phone

Randy has me open the cashier window click the same link I clicked b4 then he says to fill
out the info ... Im thinking just the personal info I tell him im not going to put in my neteller info or any deposited amount after he tells
me to click deposit ... he asks why... I said cause weve already deposited... thinking didnt I make that clear already...

then he tells me The problem is i need to go into my neteller acct and
transfer the money to my poker host acct... I countered saying in my
previous deposits I never had to do this ... I used neteller instacash and am certified
with them as well.  He says Ive been here 6 months and its always been that way.( with quite an attitude too )

I said okay .. then im going to contact neteller... proceeded to do so.. on the website it clearly states that instacash transactions are intitiated
at the merchant website..

I say F it go to bed.. Today there was still no money as of 2 pm I emailed cardroom again ..
they said to call them ... I do that .. several minutes go by the lady says they are working on it call in an hour..
I call in an hour... and they say they will call me in 20 minutes..

At O 640 pm or so my money finally shows up but i get no call back ..like they said they would.
I think about all the time and effort I had to put in and get upset so I call and speak again with a supervisor whom cannot seem to comprehend
why I am upset ... he proclaims the $ is already in your account its been there ( it had been 20 mins ) and then he also said he tried to call me but my line was busy ...
2 things no calls came or went from my cell phone until I called ..secondly my line would never be busy ... if as he claims i was ont he line he would of been immediately directed to my voice mail.

Lastly 2 days ago i emailed this same site with a complaint of a software malfunction.  I was at a ring game of .25/.50 when all of a sudden I couldnt see my cards.. happened for like 4 hands and I asked for my blinds to be refunded
given the circumstance about 1.20 they replied saying they will credit my account.. It hadnt been done.. I mentioned that on the phone tonite and still hasnt been done either...

I still have the email they sent me and a lot of other correspondence pertaining to this whole debacle.
Bottom Line is it took me over 24 hours to get a deposit issue straightened out. I recieved for the most part completely substandard service and
they still havent made good on their word from 2 days ago.

With that said If you are thinking about doing any business with this site or its affiliates I would really think again.

All the sites running Dorbro software have had some major upgrades. Pokerhost, Sinful, Pokerworld, Cardroom, Maimi poker, and many more. There willl probably be some bugs over the next few weeks. All these companys will all share members now. So there could be some errors such as if you use the same Screen name at two different sites. I know at Pokerworld if you have the same screen name as another site they added an underscore to the end of your name.

 So over the next few weeks give these sites a little time to adjust things. In the long run it will be better for all of us. Some of the sites never had any ring games going. So it was hard to clear any bonus $$$. Now that the will all share members it will be a big difference.
