IMO, the only real time you should go all in is when you are getting short-stacked and you have between 1-3 times the BB    OR     you have AA ( this is pre-flop of course ) .

spit, how many times have you seen me go all in preflop with AA or anything else?????  i hate preflop and if i go all in at that time, it's because i've gotten pissed off about everybody else going all in and i'm dam tired of folding dam good hands when i might have had a chance to win if i'd had the chance to see the flipping flop....now people, you pay attention to that part about my getting pissed off.... :twisted:  :twisted:

I meant ppl that go all in with NOTHING from the first hand.Trust me I know what ya mean about getting p'd cause theres some jerk at the table doing it!!Happened to me the other night at royal vegas ,third hand  I said screw it  and called with ace, 9 off suit got the straigt and took him out,not that i thought i had him beat i just didn't want to fold all night and have NO FUN!!That time it pay'd???~turtle
