Title: This email seems fishy
Post by: teabagger357 on October 21, 2009, 08:46:33 AM
I got this email from supposedly from Black Chip Poker. I personally think it is a scam. Why would they be asking for my password. I was just wondering if any one else got this? I personally will not send the my password.

You should not even have bothered to post the email.  No, I did not receive same.  Let me tell you, NO POKER ROOM WILL EVER ASK FOR YOUR PASSWORD.  If any do ask, they are automatically bogus and crooked.

Did you look at the sender email address?

<helpdesk@hcmier.edu.vn>  that is not a blackchippoker domain name..

Definitely a scam attempting to get account information

No poker room will ever ask for your password!
