I don't have an account on Pitbull.  Is there a problem with withdrawing from Pitbull?  Why not just cash out and deposit on Carbon (http://www.pokercs.com/_1ffe08ada6c05488e4b6002f06212308/1)?

I know Carbon (http://www.pokercs.com/_1ffe08ada6c05488e4b6002f06212308/1) charges a substantial amount for US players to cash out, but I wouldn't trade for money on a site that makes it hard to withdraw.
