Title: Small - Medium pocket pairs after the flop

I come across this situation at least once  per tournament.  I make a standard 3-4x the big blind raise with pocket 5's-9's from middle position and have one caller.  the flop has two small cards and one over card.  Most of the time I will make a continuation bet of 1/2-3/4 of the pot.  For most opponents, this size bet will clarify your position in the hand.
