Title: What's the Best Way for an American to Cash-Out?

I've got a bankroll at PokerNordica, Landshark (https://www.landsharkpoker.com/EN.get-started.sign-up?bonus=FRTSHARK3) and Full-Tilt. What's the consensus on the best way for an American to cash-out at those sites? Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

I'm lol - not one person replied to my post.  I guess I will have to post what I found out instead.

I got the information I needed from another forum anyway.  The best place for an American to cash out in my mind is either PICClub or eWalletXpress.  PICClub has a fee on money going in, but is free on money withdrawn.  The PICClub fee is a few percent on money going in.  PICClub also offers member tournaments on a very regular basis.  Here's some more information from their site.

Maximum Transactions Per Hour: 2
Maximum Daily Deposit Amount Into Available Shares Account: $250.00
Maximum Deposits Per Day:  5 [6:00pm ET - 5:59pm ET the following day]
Maximum Deposits Per Week: 20 [calendar week begins 6:01pm ET Sunday]
Maximum Amount Per Week: $500.00
Maximum Amount Per Month: $2,000.00
