The Check Miinimum Re-raise move
« on: July 25, 2009, 05:15:43 AM »
I wanted to know if anyone has had this move used on them when the other player was bluffing?  IN my experience the opponent using this move almost always has a set or better.  I find it hard to fold when I have top pair 1st or second kicker or better hand.  But, the nearly certain fact that I end up losing the hand because of opponents trips is making me feel that I should automatically fold unless I have a draw to a hand that can beat trip.  I sure would like to hear others opinions on this situation.

it happens to me alot because i play a lot of limit games.  to me it also depends on if its a tourny or cash game.  i find in a tourny,  more often than not its an unbeatable hand.  in a cash game its not always the best hand check raising me.  so...depends...
