I don't think its fair some sites have prop players just to keep money moving. If they played good poker it wouldn't be bad, But so many sites tell them to dump hands and play bad. Many players know that means they win on the river.

I was just offered a job to do that too, never made a decision to do it or not, still on the fence, and so far I havent gotten a good reason to do it. They never did tell me how much the pay was... and now I havent heard back from them...

What does everyone else think about this???

You can find the right prop player and make a lot of money. I still think its bad for the game. I will take the money and run. :P

At first when I was checking into the prop players, I thought it was colluding with the pokersite.  Then I realized duh, that would get out pretty quick and ruin the poker site.  It isn't bad idea, I was told you have to bankroll yourself.  I only remember that it pays 20c for a hand at the$1 limit table.  Which is nice if you are a good player but you guys did bring up some valid points.  I have seen to many people in hands that should not have been.  (I expect that at a play money table, not a real money table) and win with the miracle card on the river.  Now since you guys brought up some valid points.  I am sitting on the fence with this one now.
